How do I know if this is a fit?
This is likely a fit if you’re a values-led creator with a meaningful idea or body of work you want to develop. You probably value other ways of being and doing than what's been prescribed to us in this system, and you're looking to nurture a process oriented approach, rather than putting outcome on the pedastal. Most clients want to build a business, but that does not have to be the case. I have clients who have chosen to work full time and build their body of work outside of their income, others have chosen to get funding in a 'non-business' manner,  and everything in between. If you can feel you’re at a threshold. You want to move forward, but something in you tightens right at the moment of visibility, follow-through, or decision-making. This is for you.Â
It’s probably not a fit if you want a quick fix, an all knowing 'guru', or guaranteed external outcomes. This partnership is about building capacity and sustainable momentum—inside and out.
What actually happens in our sessions?
Our 90-minute calls are a mix of:

in-bodied inquiry (connecting to the whole-self)

sense-making and integration (so you’re not fighting yourself)

strategy and next steps (so the work becomes real in the world)
Some sessions feel like deep clarity and grounding. Some are practical planning. Many are both.
What are “work hours,” and how do people use them?
You get 1 hour/month of work hours, bookable in 30-minute increments. These are flexible and can be used for:

quick decision support / accountability check-ins

co-working together on a task (copy, outreach, offer design, client research, planning)

“I’m stuck and need a nudge” moments
Think of work hours as the bridge between insight and implementation.
What support do I get between sessions?
You’ll have asynchronous support via email/text + shared docs, so you’re not alone while you’re implementing. This is especially helpful for drafts, decisions, and those moments when you’re about to take a brave step and your nervous system flares.
(We’ll clarify response expectations together so it feels supportive and sustainable for both of us.)
Is this therapy?
No. Â This work has often been called, 'therapeutic', because of the depth I invite my clients to, but this is coaching, not psychotherapy or mental health treatment. We may work with emotions, patterns, protective parts, and nervous system responses, but always in service of your creation, leadership, and real-world action.
If you’re in therapy, coaching can complement it beautifully.
Do you guarantee results?
I don’t guarantee external outcomes like income, clients, or specific numbers—because those depend on variables outside our control.
What I do stand behind is the process: you will gain clearer self-trust, stronger capacity to move through stuckness, and grounded structures to support aligned action—if you show up and engage with the work.
I'm all about process over perceived outcome, because process reveals who we are, and I'm much more interested in you cultivating a deeper connection to the 'self', than to chase outcome alone - as temporary relief that's reliant on many external factors. Of course, this doesn't mean we don't work for and celebrate outcomes - it simply means we do not use it as THE metric of success.Â
What I love about coaching over consulting, is that we use 'this container of creation' as a way to self alignment and discovery. It's about using the process to 'cultivate' our whole self, so that the lessons and praxis thread through us.Â
What if I’m not confident yet?
You don’t need confidence to begin. You need willingness. Confidence is often built through practicing brave, aligned action—while being supported to integrate what comes up.
How much time will I need for this?
I'll always meet you where you're at. We’ll design something sustainable. Most clients do best with small, consistent actions between calls rather than big, exhausting pushes. This container supports momentum without urgency.
What if I miss a call or life happens?
Life happens. We’ll handle scheduling with care. The container is 3 months and can be used over up to 4 months to allow flexibility and integration. When we go over our agreements, I'll be sure to explain to you how you can cancel sessions, and what to know about how we'll both respect each other's times and commitment.Â
